What is our/your Privacy Policy at every Event? Last Updated | 8.17.2007
Here at XLAN Gaming your privacy is very important to us. It is so important that it is part of our Terms or Agreement or Rules that MUST be accepted by all when coming to a LAN, it is even mentioned in our waiver.
* All emails that are received are either used for registration or for Newsletter purposes. We do not sell or give away any email or contact information. (If you would like you may use an alternate non-primary email account to register, but please be aware that any news/newsletters are sent to the account you registered with; you will be ill-informed about our next LAN if you do so.)
* At any LAN it is your duty to be kind, understanding, and be so inclined to respect another person's privacy as your own. If the XLAN Staff or others think you are breaking this privacy, then we may ask you to leave, banned from future events, or received harsh punishment for such an infringement. Common sense applies.
The breaking of such privacy may include: - Stealing - Touching other people's items without expressed permission. - Talking about someone in a vulgar or inappropriate terms. - Or other forms of violating one's privacy in any way.
If for any reason you feel XLAN or other attendees are threatening your privacy in any way, please let me know. You may contact me at
